Junk Journaling With Mary

You may be asking, what in the world is a junk journal? Well, it is usually a journal made from craft materials you already have or found, and junk mail.

I have a junk journal I made a few years ago, but I never use it. It consists mostly of pockets that hold journal cards. I never used it because I did not know how to. I did a Google search on what to do with a junk journal. 

There are various ways to use them. As a travel journal, a scrapbook, a gratitude journal, or a book for quotes or affirmations

I am torn about whether to use this junk journal as a gratitude book, a quote book, or an affirmation book.  

I plan to post my junk journals as I make them, then show you how I use the finished journal.  ations.  And many other ways. Comment on how you would use a junk journal.

Okay, I am going to use it as a quote book. Writing them on the journal cards in the pockets.
